Opening new location Hoist international and Zeevenhooven Air huge success

Hoist International and Zeevenhooven Air opened the new location in Sittard on the 21stof June 2019. Dozens of people attended and got a tour of the building. Afterwards, they mingled with our specialists, whilst enjoyed a small bite and some drinks. We are proud of the opening of the location and would like to thank all the people that took the time to visit us! Pneumatic hoists Hoist International tested with compressor Zeevenhooven Air

Hoist International puts safety above all else. That is why, each year, our pneumatic hoists are tested in combination with the mobile compressors of Zeevenhooven Air. The EKH guidelines are used as a directive for this test, where hoists up to 25 tons are tested internally. Hoists above 25 tons are tested externally, in cooperation with Condor Testgewichten. Again, this year the hoists passed the inspection successfully. Each year the benefit of the cooperation between sister companies Hoist International and Zeevenhooven Air is proven by the tests. To perform the tests correctly, we use the mobile compressor of Zeevenhooven Air. This way we can deliver the most reliable pneumatic hoists to our customers. Look here for our pneumatic hoists. Hoist International continues to meet ISO9001:2015, VCA and EKH standards

Hoist and lift specialist Hoist International again receives the ISO9001:2015, VCA and EKH certificates. Technical and business service provider TÜV has audited our processes and materials, and confirms that we meet the strict demands that are set up by the standards. This way we show that safety and reliability have and remain our highest priority. To make the liability and safety of the equipment of hoist and lift specialist Hoist International demonstratable, we already met the ISO9001:2015, VCA and EKH standards. We can announce proudly that we have again successfully run through the audit. The audit was done by TÜV Netherlands, a technical and business service provider in independent appreciation, like certificating, examination, inspection and training. By attaining the EKH-certificate, Hoist International is the only specialized rental company in hoist and lift equipment that is EKH certificated and has EKH judges. Build new location Sittard of Hoist International started

The activities of Hoist International in Sittard keep growing. Therefore, the organization moves into a new location together with sister organization Zeevenhooven Air. ‘The new location will be three times as big’, Rob Schaekens, account manager at the Sittard location, says. ‘It won’t only improve the available space, we can also improve our processes. This way, we can serve our customers even better.’ The building Hoist International is located now, has a warehouse of 300 m2 and no outside area, but things will change. The new location will have a working area of 250 m2, a warehouse of 300 m2 and an outside area of 400 m. The space will also be more professional. For example, in the working area an overhead crane of 5-ton capacity will be placed and an environmental friendly washing place, where materials can be cleaned, will be added. The cooperation between Hoist International and Zeevenhooven Air will also get a boost by moving into the new location together. The two organizations serve companies in and around Sittard, particularly in chem, but also in the Ruhr area in Germany. The new location will be ready in the second quarter of 2019. Hoist International achieves ISO9001:2015 and VCA-certification

In the fall of 2017, Hoist International has achieved ISO9001:2015 and VCA-certification. These certificates prove respectively that our processes are focused on continuous improvement to increase customer satisfaction and that we secure safety, health and environment in these processes. A result we as Hoist International can be proud of! The ISO9001:2015 is worldwide the most deployed norm for quality control. In 2015, the norm has changed so much that we had to write a complete new quality handbook. In it, we captured how we are continuously improving our quality and the processes that contribute to that. Hoist and lift specialist Hoist International and steel cable specialist KSC International have moved to a shared, new location. Nowadays, you can find us at Zuidzijde 5 in Rozenburg, the Netherlands. We have taken the move as a reason to improve the efficiency of our production and logistic processes, so that we can better serve our customers. The multi-functional spaces of the new building give us room for those improvements. We have also improved our storage and at the new location you can therefore find de steel cable products of KSC International and the hoist and lift equipment of Hoist International. Curious? Hoist International keeps investing in electrical winches

Hoist International invests in four six-ton electrical winches in order to deliver the best hoist equipment for a project of an international relation. With this investment Hoist International further expands its rental assortment, so that our offer keeps matching the demands of our customers perfectly. For this project, the winches were complemented with a by our customer specified steel cable, which was delivered by our subsidiary KSC International. At the moment, the rental offer of Hoist International is made of several types of electrical and pneumatic powered winches from 1 till 10 ton WLL for hoisting and moving machines and materials. The winches are provided with frequency distributors, overload protection and large cable capacity till 550 on our 10 ton models. Are you curious about what we can do for your project?
