Synchronous Lifting Powerpack

Synchronous Lifting Powerpack allow a single operator to manage an entire lifting operation from one device, eliminating the need for manual oversight. EVO SyncLift Systems merge high-pressure hydraulics with PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) technology to monitor and control each lifting point. An integrated Human Machine Interface (HMI) provides centralized control, offering live updates and real-time status. With cylinder capacities tailored to the application, the system achieves precision with an accuracy of 1 mm between lifting points.

The Synchronous Lifting Powerpacks can be managed within a single control system using the Master Control Unit. This Master Control Box takes over from the EVO units, displaying all lifting positions on the EVO-Master’s touch screen, and can control up to four EVO Powerpacks simultaneously.
