Multilugs and spreaders for complex lifting project
For a complex project, Hoist International supplied two HI multilug lifting beams up to 50 tons (12 meters) and four HI modular spreaders delivering a complete and flexible solution for safe and efficient handling of heavy loads.
The challenge
Our client faced a demanding lifting task that required the safe and stable handling of large and heavy components up to 50 tons and lengths reaching 12 meters. The challenge involved ensuring the right load distribution, maintaining structural integrity during the lift, and executing everything within a tight schedule. The project called for a versatile, certified setup that could be deployed quickly and safely.
The vision
Hoist International’s goal was to provide a complete lifting configuration that met all technical and safety requirements without delay. The solution
We delivered two HI Multilug lifting beams, each with a Working Load Limit of 50 tons and lengths up to 12 meters, offering multiple pick points for flexible rigging. In addition, we supplied four modular spreader beams rated at 15 tons each, along with all the necessary rigging equipment to ensure a complete, ready to use solution.
Thanks to our extensive rental fleet, we were able to meet the technical specifications quickly and efficiently whether for short term or long term use.
The result
With the right combination of beams, spreaders, and rigging, the client was able to complete the lifting operation safely, on time, and in full compliance with load handling standards.
