Heavy Duty Shackles
The Green Pin® Heavy Duty Bow Shackle P-6036 is designed for high-load applications and is equipped with a safety bolt to prevent accidental unscrewing. Suitable for both single-leg and multi-leg systems, it meets various certifications, including a Lloyd's proof load test certificate for 150T and above. Available in capacities from 120 to 1500 tons, this shackle is ideal for heavy lifting projects.
• Material: bow and pin alloy steel, Grade 8, quenched and tempered
• Safety Factor: MBL equals 5 x WLL
• Standard: ISO 2415, EN 13889
• Finish: shackle bow painted silver, pin painted green
• Temperature Range: -40 °C up to +200 °C
