Wide Body Shackles
The Green Pin® Sling Shackle P-6033 is a high-load capacity bow shackle featuring a safety bolt and fixed nut. Its design, with an increased bow radius, enhances sling durability and allows for the use of lighter wire ropes, potentially reducing costs. This shackle includes double safety features (a split pin and safety bolt) to prevent accidental unscrewing and is galvanized for long-term durability. Available in capacities from 7 to 1550 tons, it meets various certifications, including Lloyd's proof load test certificates for 75 tons and above.
• Material: bow and pin alloy steel, Grade 8, quenched and tempered
• Safety Factor: MBL equals 5 x WLL
• Standard: ISO 2415, EN 13889
• Finish: shackle bow painted silver, pin painted green (7 up to 55 ton shackles are hot dipped galvanized)
• Temperature Range: -40 °C up to +200 °C
