Super Shackles
The Green Pin Super® Bow Shackle G-5263 is a grade 8 shackle featuring a safety bolt and split pin for double safety. Its smaller size and lighter weight make it easier to handle while maintaining the same working load limit as non-Super models. Galvanization ensures long-term durability, and the shackle's chamber design protects against wear and tear on components like wire rope. Available with working load limits from 3.3 to 175 tons.
• Material: bow and pin alloy steel, Grade 8, quenched and tempered
• Safety Factor: MBL equals 5 x WLL
• Standard: ISO 2415, EN 13889
• Finish: hot dipped galvanized (150 ton and upward are painted)
• Temperature Range: -20 °C up to +200 °C
